1. What is your Favorite color/ shade:

My Ultimate Favorite Color is RED. *thinks* be BOLD,strong,hot. :p lols. what’s fun about it is NOT everyone can pull off RED NAIL POLISH, and besides.. it goes well on whatever outfit. oh! and i love shades of blue.*not shimmery ones*

2. Nail Polish color you’re least likely to wear:

Nude and Skintone or maybe I was just saying this because I’m still young. Maybe if I wanted my nails to be discrete yet clean and polished I’d try this shade. Maybe.

3. Favorite Nail polish brand:

I’m from the Philippines, so here it’s hard to find O.P.I , Sephora , Zoya , China Glaze.. you have to actually search the web. and for a student, It’s a bit pricey for me. But if they were sold here, *my gosh* I’d be willing spending a lot for it. *tee hee* So I stick to local brands, Caronia, Chic, I guess Caress is okay. ooh i love Elianto, amazing shades. and I’m currently in love with BNC. their korean nail polish that are sold here.

4.Do you like to invest money in good nail polish?:

I think so yes!. hahaha *buuuzz! wrong answer*. well, i know! it’s mostly a waste of money, oil, paint ,bottles and it’s not exactly environment friendly haha etc. but you know, I think I’m obsessed. well not totally obsessed! but oh my gooosh! Im getting there. I can’t help not think about nail polish colors and nail arts. :)) actually, I AM spending A NOT SO REASONABLE amount of money on them. not that much, but yeah it’s definitely an allowance eater.

5. When did your nail passion start?

I think in High school, But we were not allowed to wear nail polishes yet. but yeah the fascination starts. It took me college to take care of my nails. I think sophomore year,that’s when i went a little over board while wearing red nail polish on the campus. junior year i got addicted to nail arts. and here I am in my senior year. taking things to the next level.

6.Do you like growing your nails long or just short?

MEDIUM LENGTH. does that even answers the question? :p the thing about long nails is that, If I’d do nail art on them, I’d be smiling widely because I’d have a wider canvas. But on my nails, I can’t handle long nails,for now. they’re harder to maintain.

7.What are the secrets to growing long natural nails?

If you want long natural nails,because you know.. fake nails are just weird :p you have to really be patient. let them grow for about 2-3 weeks. let your nails breathe from nail polish, once in a while. do not use nail polish remover more than once a week, because they tend to turn your nails yellowish. It is also advisable to use base coat. It does not only protect your natural nails, but also help your nail polish color adhere longer.

8.What nail shape do you like best,round,square,pointy,squoval?

I want SQUARE NAILS! but i grew mine round. I’m growing mine squoval now. & i think pointy shaped nails are just dangerous :D hahaha

9. What are your favorite swatches? Shimmery, Sheer, Plain Opaque?

How bout I do them in order. 1. PLAIN OPAQUE , 2. SHIMMERY and LAST SHEER.

WHY? I think doing nail arts on plain opaque nail polishes shows more, but you know, I still love Shimmery Colors. I think one of the reasons,they’d last longer is because of the glitters. *NOT?!* I always think PARTY! when i use shimmery nail polish. lols. and i like sheer the least because, it doesn’t show much but 3 coatings on them then they’d be awesome.

10.Why do you love nail art? and How did you get started doing nail art?

Funny, It’s almost a year now. One of My choirmate likes getting her nails done, and of course she loves nail art too. So when I went with her and had mine, I can’t help think that her nail technician is NOT THAT GOOD :P i told myself i could do them myself, and even better! if i had the right materials. so a month after that. I started doing my own nail arts. and the rest is history.

Here’s a picture of my second *because i think i lost my first* design on LEOPARD PRINT. turned out pretty decent. *for me*. a while back, I was just experimenting.

I finally did the 'DOMO NAILS'.
